is a Website Template you ask?
A
Website Template is a pre-designed or pre-made webpage that
is designed by a professional webpage designer. The webpage
template includes all the graphical content, fonts, and HTML
used by the webpage designer. And each website template includes
PSD (PhotoShop Document) that can be customized with Photoshop

Along with the HTML files that can be edited to suit your
needs in your HTML editing program, such as Dreamweaver

Basically, it gives you everything you need for an awesome
looking website design without the text. All you have to do
is change the navigation button text and page links and add
your company's text to the template. Keep in mind that the
